Effective Date: August 15, 2026 | App: Pactum (by devbymeco)

🛡️ Zero Tolerance Policy: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Exploitation (CSAE / EASI)

devbymeco strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) within Pactum. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance standard against content or behavior that harms, endangers, or exploits minors.

This policy establishes our published child safety standards in compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and global child protection frameworks. It outlines our operational standards, prohibited activities, reporting procedures, and law enforcement escalation protocols.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following activities and content are strictly prohibited in Pactum under all circumstances:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Uploading, generating, sharing, transmitting, storing, or soliciting any visual, textual, or media depiction of sexual abuse or exploitation involving a child.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE / EASI): Grooming, non-consensual sexualization, illicit solicitation, trafficking, coercion, sextortion, or predatory behavior directed at or involving minors.
  • Inappropriate Contact with Minors: Any attempt by an adult user to establish inappropriate, romantic, or sexual communication with individuals under the age of majority.
  • Facilitation of Harm: Using Pactum pacts, notes, agreements, or paired channels to organize, encourage, or facilitate any harm or endangerment to children.

2. Prevention, Enforcement and Moderation

To preserve a secure and trustworthy environment, devbymeco employs multiple layers of protection:

  • Immediate Account Termination: Any account confirmed to have engaged in CSAE, uploaded CSAM, or attempted predatory conduct will be permanently banned and terminated without notice.
  • Device and Identity Blocking: Prohibited actors are permanently blocked from re-registering or creating new accounts on our infrastructure.
  • Content Removal & Preservation: Offending material is immediately taken down from active access and securely preserved solely for referral to competent law enforcement bodies.
